When choosing our food for each day we should now pay close attention to how much of each nutrient, how much sugar, how much trans fat, how much cholesterol . On the morning news today, rates of cholesterol in children had dropped thirty percent this year. Why? just maybe more exercise and a better diet... fruits, vegetables, lean meats all contribute to a healthier diet and lifestyle.
