How to cook everything by Mark Bittman, review

Over 2000 great recipes and easy instructions on cooking the basics..... He has done a great job with the book....it was on the Today show this morning....the pumpkin pie was easy to prepare and looked delish. Cooking explained easy....back to basics....would like everyone to have a copy!  Make life simpler...you'll be glad you did!  Good reading...
