Eating Well + Exercising Well = Living Well

Today the secret to living a long and healthy life is eating good foods and exercising while keeping our minds busy. Sometimes a walk in the neighborhood with family and friends does more for us than we know. In this high tech world, we need more time to get outdoors and move! One of my favorite destinations is the Grandview Trail overlooking the fabulous Chambers Bay Golf Course. So for today, my plan is to exercise more and worry less, unclutter my mind and my home!
